Cinema Luxe open new in-house fabrication facility
Cinema Luxe is proud to announce the opening of our brand new in-house fabrication facility. The new premises will handle bespoke metalwork, fabrication, and finishing, complementing our existing custom joinery manufacturing and assembly capabilities.
Our new in-house fabrication facility in Great Tey, Essex
Driven by our growth in 2023 and our commitment to push the boundaries of design and manufacturing, we are excited to expand our team, bringing on board skilled and experienced operatives who will work alongside and support our design and site teams.
Located just half a mile from our head office in Great Tey, Colchester, our newly constructed fabrication space allows us to provide these specialised services in-house, eliminating the need for third-party suppliers. This development enables us to significantly reduce lead-times while ensuring stringent quality control and exemplary service.
We are excited to expand our team, bringing on board skilled and experienced operatives who will work alongside and support our design and site teams.
In addition to being a workshop for custom fabrication, the new site will serve as the manufacturing hub for our highly anticipated modular cinema seat, 'The Rockstar.' Currently in the prototype stage, this innovative seating solution is set for release in late 2023. By having manufacturing facilities on-site, we can offer impressive lead times of just 4 weeks within the UK. Moreover, this approach minimises our carbon footprint as it eliminates the need for additional transportation in the production process.
